The idea of working  together to develop and promote the wellbeing amongst the staff of Lubaga Hospital through the culture of communal savings and credit started way back in the early 1990’s. During this time Staff members formed what was then called the “Rubaga Hospital Club” and at one time the club received Entandikwa Credit Scheme in 1996 and 1997.
